  2. Check your answers against the information on your credit report.
  3. Use your correct answers to help validate your identity.

The information in your consumer report will only be used for the purpose of validating your identity and no other.

If we are unable to validate your identity through the on-line process, you will be directed to call Customer Service to retrieve your information.

Once you activate your account online, you will no longer receive communication by Canada Post Mail.
